Q: Can the TM033 be installed on ordinary wooden cabinet doors?
A: Yes, but it depends on the door panel's condition. The TM033 is mainly designed for wooden sliding cabinet doors; it can be considered for wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, bookcases, and TV cabinets. Before ordering, make sure to measure the door panel thickness, weight, and the position of the internal track. Don't just look at the door panel width.
Q: The door is a little crooked after installation. Should I remove it and reinstall it?
A: Don't rush to remove it. The external rollers themselves can be adjusted up and down by ±2mm. If one side of the door panel is higher or the door gap is uneven, you can slowly correct it using the adjustment mechanism. Don't adjust too much at once; adjust while pushing and pulling to see if the door panel rubs against the cabinet.
Q: Why is there no cushioning effect when closing the door?
