Quality Control
Clear Requirements. Relevant Checks. Practical Feedback.
Raw Material Inspection
Quality starts with the materials we select. We inspect incoming raw materials and components for appearance, specifications, and consistency against defined requirements. This helps identify potential issues early and provides a reliable foundation for production.

In-Process Quality Control
We carry out quality checks at key stages of production, focusing on dimensional accuracy, surface finishes, and assembly quality. By monitoring these details throughout the process, we can address deviations promptly and maintain consistent quality across production batches.
Performance & Durability Testing
Products undergo functional and durability tests appropriate to their design and intended use. These checks assess factors such as operating smoothness, load-bearing performance, and resistance to repeated use, helping verify product reliability in everyday applications.

Final Inspection & Packaging
Before shipment, finished products are checked for appearance, function, quantity, and packaging against order requirements. We also review packaging protection and labeling to help reduce the risk of transit damage and ensure products are ready for delivery.
